Eligible Arsala Prime products include a 90-day limited replacement warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.
Not covered
Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, misuse, improper installation, vehicle damage, accidental damage, water exposure to electronics, unauthorized repair, or cosmetic issues that do not affect function.
How to file a claim
Email support@arsalaprimellc.com with your order number, SKU, description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We may request the item back for inspection before approval.
Resolution
Approved warranty claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at Arsala Prime LLC's discretion, depending on inventory and the nature of the defect.
